Service Description

Bloom & Bend is our spring series where, in line with the energy of nature, we begin move, mobilise and breathe life into our body, mind and soul again after a long winter. Step inside the tipi to connect to your breath, move your body and find some welcome stillness. Expect yoga flow, breathwork and connection with other beautiful souls and conneciton to nature This is not about striving or perfecting — it’s a space to land, release tension, and come home to yourself. A space to remember what it feels like to be in your body, supported by nature, and held in community. Mats and blocks are provided for you, but you are of course welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Do bring a blanket and cosy socks for the relaxation and do wear warm, comfortable clothes with plenty of layers to add/ take off as needed. The beautiful tipi is immersed deep in nature with just the canvas between us and The Wolds (how magic!) so whilst we're lucky that it gives us shelter from any rain and wind, it can still be on the fresher side, so come prepared. The class is held in a beautiful tipi, immersed deep in nature in the Lincolnshire wolds about a 5 minute drive from Laceby Manor.
