Yin yoga is a style of yoga, where static poses are held for 3-5 minutes in order to release the fascia (web which wraps around the muscles). When we hold poses in this way we move deeper into our body, so as well as supporting relaxation and lowering stress levels, the style of yoga can support mobility and injury prevention (hello runners and cyclists!) and also encourage a good night's sleep. There will be a full 10 minutes of relaxation at the end of the class too! Mmmmmm bliss!✨ Yoga mats are provided but you're welcome to bring your own, if you prefer.
